Do fence rules change from one East Bay city to another?
Yes. Front-yard fence limits range from 3 feet in Walnut Creek, Concord and San Ramon and 3.5 feet in Danville to 4 feet and visually open near the street in Orinda. Unincorporated Alamo follows Contra Costa County rules.
Can one contractor handle pavers, concrete and a new fence in the same project?
